Hi, I'm Adrienne.

I'm an occupational therapist (OT), artist, and the heart behind Interocolor — based in Pasadena, CA.

I started Interocolor because I believe creating is one of the most joyful, human things we can do, and that it belongs to everyone. Not just trained artists. Not just people with steady hands or lots of time. Everyone.

As an OT, I understand how the act of creating connects us to ourselves. The act of creating regulates, grounds, and brings us back to what matters. There's something that happens when you make something with your hands. You slow down. You notice. You arrive somewhere quieter inside yourself. That's interoception — your body's ability to sense and understand its own internal signals — and art is one of the most natural ways to practice it.

Interocolor is my way of making that available to everyone, through prints, experiences, and 1:1 sessions designed for every kind of maker.

Whether you're picking up an art tool for the first time, returning to a practice you left behind, or looking for a creative life that actually works with your body, you're in the right place. I'm so glad you're here!
